Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges are only accepted for different size of the same item. Item must be submitted within 14 days of shipment for exchange.
- Items must be unwashed and unworn in its original condition.
- Please include a note with your full name and order number.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. The customer is in charge of the shipping charge to return the item and also the shipping charges of the new items.

Shipment Process
- All orders will be packaged within 1-3 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order is ready to be shipped if package is eligible.
- Domestic orders typically take 2-5 business days to be delivered.
- International orders typically take 10-20 business days to be delivered. In some cases customs may delay the shipment for a longer period of time.
- Orders are shipped via USPS from our headquarters in Hayward, CA.
- Please expect delays during and after holidays, sales and special events.
- We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- All orders shipped internationally are final sale. We are not responsible for shipment delays, lost packages, or customs issues. International customers assumes all risk and responsibilities of orders shipped outside of the United States of America.
